1. Identification and Ownership
This website (https://sumfest.framer.website) is owned and managed by Música no Coração - Sociedade Portuguesa de Entretenimento, Lda, located at Rua Viriato, nº 25-2 B, 1050-234 Lisbon. The development and technical maintenance of the website are carried out by the agency Instinct, acting solely as a subcontractor for technological purposes.

2. Acceptance of the Terms
By browsing and using this website, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of the provisions, they must cease use of the site.

3. Ticketing and External Platforms
The sale of tickets for the Sumol Summer Fest is not processed directly on this website. By clicking to purchase tickets, the user will be redirected to the external platform MEO Blueticket. The purchase of tickets is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of that platform, with Música no Coração or Instinct not assuming any responsibility for technical failures or issues in processing payments on that third-party site.

4. Festival Rules and "Info" Page
The specific rules for access and operation of the Sumol Summer Fest are detailed on the Info page of this website, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, the user agrees to the aforementioned rules, which include, among others:

• Age Rating: Entry is strictly prohibited for children under 6 years old. Entry for those over 6 years old is allowed with a ticket, provided they are accompanied by an adult holding a ticket (guardian or parent).
  
  

• Cancellation and Refunds: The ticket will only be refunded in case of event cancellation, which is considered canceled when more than half of the scheduled concerts are suspended. Weather conditions or force majeure do not entitle a refund.
  
  

• Access and Security: The organization reserves the right of admission, and the list of prohibited items (such as glass, weapons, and professional equipment) is mandatory for compliance.

5. Image Rights
The ticket holder acknowledges and authorizes that they may be captured in images and videos within the venue by different media for informative and promotional dissemination. Recording or reproducing images by the public with professional equipment without prior authorization is expressly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, logos, graphics, images, and the website design (developed by Instinct), is protected by Intellectual Property rights. Copying, reproducing, or distributing it without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
