OFFICIAL TICKET OFFICES
To get access to the event, the general pass for all days of the festival must be exchanged for a wristband, which the organization will give you at the festival box office before you enter. The wristband must be kept for the duration of the festival. Day tickets do not give the right to re-entry in the venue.
Only tickets purchased at the official ticket offices are valid:
Minimum Age
Children under the age of 6 are not allowed. Ticket paid for from the age of 6 and as long as they are accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. No refunds will be given in the event of a mistake when booking tickets.
Reduced Mobility
On the festival venue there is an area reserved for people with reduced mobility, with excellent visibility to the Sumol Stage. For further information, please contact us!

You can request free entry for your personal assistant / accompanying person after purchasing your Disabled ticket by sending an email to [email protected] up to 1 day before the Festival. To do this, you will need to present your Incapacity assessment with a degree equal to or greater than 65% or, alternatively, a parking card for people with reduced mobility.
